We would like to express our deepest condolences to all those effected by the recent earthquake in Hokkaido.

This announcement is for anyone considering canceling there hotel reservations due to the earthquake.

For those who have a Non-Refundable plan reservation, we are offering free cancellations starting today and ending on September 30th at 12 Midnight. In order to take advantage of this offer, you must make your cancellation request at least 3 days prior to your check-in.

Here are some examples to show an acceptable cancellation and an invalid cancellation
(Ex:1) Cancellation request date 9/30/2018, expected check-in date 2/1/2019⇒　Free Cancellation is OK.
(Ex:2) Cancellation request date 10/1/2018, expected check-in date 2/1/2019⇒ Free Cancellation not accepted.
(Ex:2) Cancellation request date 9/30/2018, expected check-in date 10/3/2018⇒ Free Cancellation not accepted.

*NOTE* If you wish to cancel for free, please contact your booking website first. If you use the normal cancel feature online, the standard cancellation fee will be charged.

In addition, as previously stated, all cancellation requests for reservations checking-in until 9/13/2018 will be accepted free of charge.
