【Information concerning the State of Emergency】
The Japanese Government has declared a state of Emergency upon the Hokkaido Region in order to contain the progression of the COVID-19 from the 21th of June to the 11th of July.
Complying to this situation we want to inform our customers of some modification in the operations of the Hotel and Restauration
From the 23rd of June to the 11th of July:
‣Bar Ignis Otaru will be serving alcoholic beverage everyday from 18:30~20:00(Last Order).
‣The Ball Restaurant will operate for shorter hours and serve alcohol. Last Order 20:00 and close at 21:00.
Furthermore please be aware that we will check your temperature and request hand sanitizing.
We thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.
※Since Emergency State requests might evolve we will keep you informed up to date.
